Terms
Instant checkout (immediate payment) is available in my store. You will see final price incl. shipping cost and all fees (except import taxes) during checkout. Instant checkout is not available for large and heavy orders. You can place quote in my store to find out exact shipping cost before placing an order.
Discounts
10% discount for Bitcoin payment
2% discount on all orders paid by bank transfer (domestic, SEPA or through Wise).
Discounts can be combined with sale on individual items.
Discount is not applicable to shipping or bank transfer fee.
Possible individual terms and discounts for orders over 25000 CZK.
Parts condition
All parts in my store are new, never used. Almost all of them are parted out from sets. Parts may have tiny dents from manipulating or storing. Rarely I offer some used minifigures or minifigures parts. These minifigs are usually in very good condition.
There are some similiar parts. e.g. 3x2 Inverted Slopes (with/without stud supports), 1x1 Headlight Bricks (with/without slots), 2x2 Round Plates ("x" or "+" axle hole), 1x2 Technic Bricks with Axle Hole ("X" or "+" hole), discrepancies may occur - if you need the exact version please write me message before ordering and I will check it.
I am using counting scale for large amount (more than 50) of one part. It can happen that you will be missing 1 piece (especially small one like tile 1x1) due to inaccuracy in part's weight. Please order one or two pieces more if you need exact amount. If you will be missing something because of this inaccuracy, it will be shipped with your next order. In case you receive more parts than you ordered, please let me know, so I can update my store inventory (you will not be charged anything more than you ordered).
Payment
Payment by bitcoin, bank transfer, by credit/debit card or by Paypal are accepted.
Accepted currencies are BTC, CZK, EUR, USD.
Please use payment in BTC or CZK when possible.
Payment is expected within 7 days from invoice if not agreed otherwise.
I recommend to use Wise for bank transfer payments outside EU.
Fees
I do not charge any Paypal or handling fee for orders over 200 CZK. You pay only cost of goods and shipping. I will charge 30 CZK handling and packaging fee for orders under 200 CZK.
Problems with order
Most of orders are shipped with insurance (at least partially). If you will not receive your order after 5 weeks, please let me know and I will start insurance claim. This could take up to 3 months.
When your package is visibly damaged, please do not accept delivery or fill claim documents with your postman immediately. I cannot start insurance claim for damaged or lost items after package was delivered to buyer. If you accept delivery of damaged package, you are responsible for starting insurance claim at your post office (if you want to). Refund for damaged package is possible only if package is returned to me or if insurance claim is started by buyer.
All other problems with order have to be reported as soon as possible, maximum 1 week since delivery.
Return and refund policy
Order can be returned within 14 days since delivery if buyer is final consumer. All items have to be in their original packaging, otherwise we reserve right to reduce refunded value by price difference (sealed vs. complete/without box condition). Returns of items from category "Sets" with opened bags with individual parts will not be accepted.
Refund is processed within 14 days after items are returned and delivered back to Little Big Store.
Shipping cost and fees associated with payment (PayPal fees, credit card fees etc.) cannot be refunded.
Import taxes and duties
Buyer is always responsible to inform himself about import taxes and duties at customs authorities in his country. Import taxes might be charged at arrival of the goods. In special cases BrickOwl as a marketplace collects those taxes as well (for example orders under 135 GBP to the UK).Last Updated: 25 Apr 2024
